Context: On March 10, 2023, I submitted a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) request to the Department of Education for this information. My request was assigned an OpenRecords reference number of 2023-040-00145. The DOE assigned it a FOIL reference number of F21,494. On July 26, 2023, I received this information as a final response to my FOIL request.
